What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is, the “science of life.” Rooted in ancient India, it’s a holistic system of healing that looks at life not as a set of symptoms to manage, but as an ecosystem to understand. The word itself comes from the Sanskrit ayus (life) and veda (knowledge), pointing to Ayurveda’s core belief: that health is something we learn how to live, not something we chase after once it is gone.
